A working parts counter, not a catalogue. We hold over 60,000 part numbers on the shelf in Gadong, covering suspension, brakes, bearings, engine, cooling, clutch, belts, filters and electrical for Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Chinese and Continental cars. Tell us your car and the part, and we check the shelf while you wait on WhatsApp.
Fastest way to get the right part: send the part number, your chassis number, or a photo of the old part.
These are the ranges we carry in real depth, not a list of things we can order. Most of what fails on a car in Brunei sits on a shelf about twenty steps from the counter. If you are not sure what the part is called, describe the noise or the symptom and we will work it out with you.
Our deepest range by a wide margin. Brunei roads are hard on suspension, so this is what moves fastest across the counter.
Authorised KYB distributor. See our shock absorber page.
Front and rear, for everyday Japanese models through to Continental. Pads and discs in genuine, premium and standard tiers.
Brands carried include TRW, Brembo, Nisshinbo, Remsa and NiBK. Need them fitted? See our brake repair page.
Wheel bearings and hub assemblies are one of the most common Brunei failures, usually announced by a hum that rises with speed.
Brands carried include Koyo, NSK, NTN, Nachi and FBJ.
Full overhaul sets through to single seals. If you are rebuilding rather than replacing, this is where we hold the most stock.
Brands carried include Taiho, RIK, Izumi, NPR and Nippon.
Overheating is the single most expensive thing to ignore in this climate. We keep the whole cooling loop in stock.
Brands carried include GMB, Denso and Nippon.
Clutch kits and the hydraulics around them, for manual cars still very much in daily use here.
Exedy and Aisin clutch parts carried.
Timing belt kits, drive belts, tensioners and pulleys. A snapped timing belt on an interference engine is a very costly morning.
Mitsuboshi and Gates belts carried.
Everything a routine service consumes, for people doing their own maintenance as much as for the workshop next door.
Denso, NGK and Bosch service parts carried.
Complete assemblies rather than rebuilds, so a charging fault is a same-visit job instead of a week without the car.
Batteries have their own page: Nagoya and Bosch car batteries.
We carry over fifty parts brands in real quantity, across three tiers, so the choice between a genuine part and something more affordable is yours to make rather than ours. Tell us your budget and we will tell you honestly which tier is worth it for that particular part.
Original equipment parts from the vehicle manufacturer or an authorised distributor.
Brand-name parts built to meet or beat original specification, often by the same factories.
Sensible, affordable parts for routine wear items where premium is not worth the difference.
Most wrong-part problems come from guessing at the model year or the variant. Three ways to avoid that, in order of how well they work.
Best is the part number stamped on the old part. Next best is your chassis or VIN number, which tells us the exact variant. A clear photo of the old part works too, and so does the make, model, year and engine size if that is all you have.
We come back to you with what we actually have in stock, the tier options where more than one exists, and the price. If it is not on the shelf we will say so, and tell you whether we can order it in rather than leaving you guessing.
Collect at the Gadong counter, or let our own workshop on the same premises fit it for you. Because the counter and the workshop share a roof, a fitted job usually does not wait on a part arriving.
The same family has run this counter since 1978. Long enough that we have seen which brands last in this climate and which ones only look cheap.
Over sixty thousand part numbers held in Gadong. The point of a counter is that the part is here when you need it, not in a container somewhere.
Genuine, premium and standard on most common items. We will tell you where paying more is worth it and where it plainly is not.
Buy the part and have it fitted without moving the car twice. Our mechanics work from the same stock, so the fit is checked before you pay.
Parts coverage across the makes actually on Brunei roads.
A large share of what leaves this counter goes to other workshops around Brunei rather than to retail customers. If you are running a workshop, buying regularly and need to know quickly whether something is on the shelf, deal with us on the parts line and we will keep it short. Trade pricing is discussed at the counter, not published here.
We are in Menglait, Gadong, a short drive from most of Brunei-Muara, and regularly used by workshops and drivers coming in from further out.
